Terms and conditions of sale
All sales and deliveries are made in accordance with the General Terms of Delivery IML 2000 with the following additions/modifications, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Price lists
TG Instrument AB reserves the right to change the prices stated in our price lists without special notice. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Terms of payment
Payment terms 30 days net. After the due date, interest on arrears will be charged at a rate of 2% per month, as well as the statutory fee for written reminders. The goods remain the property of the seller until they are paid in full. TG Instrument AB is entitled to transfer payment registration to another party.

Delivery from our warehouse
Delivery is made free our warehouse, or as agreed. We reserve the right to choose the carrier unless otherwise agreed. Dangerous goods fee is charged where applicable. Delivery time applies as agreed between the parties. The carrier may charge a notification cost if the recipient is not available during normal working hours 07.00-16.00. This cost will be charged to the recipient, if applicable. Otherwise, the terms of Incoterms 2000 apply.

Freight
Standard orders are subject to a freight charge (not backorders), unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Sales to the public
Sales to business customers only.

Complaints
Should the goods be damaged on arrival, this must be reported immediately to the carrier and to TG Instrument AB. Before making a complaint, the customer must contact TG Instrument AB. In the event of a product complaint, it must be made in writing within 8 days from the date of arrival.

Right of return/repurchase
Before returning, the customer must contact TG Instrument AB. Returns caused by the buyer will be credited with 80% of the invoiced price and a crediting fee of currently SEK 50 will be added. The goods must be returned in undamaged condition, in original packaging and with paid freight. Goods that are not included in TG Instrument AB's standard range and special products are not repurchased.

Cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. Cookies do not contain any personal information about you, but the information in the text files consists of letters and numbers. Although each cookie is given a unique coordination number, we cannot see any personal information about you such as your name or IP address based on the cookies we collect. In other words, it is pseudonymized data and we do not use it in a way that combines your personal information with the cookie information. There are also different types of cookies:

Session cookies: These are temporarily stored on your computer when you visit our website and are deleted as soon as you close your browser.

Use of Google Analytics & Hotjar
This website uses Google Analytics and Hotjar. The programs are used to evaluate the traffic on the website. This means compiling reports on your behavior on the site so that we can improve the content to better meet your needs. This is done in an anonymized way thanks to IP masking which uses only part of the IP address. Therefore, it is not possible to trace the activity patterns of an identifiable person on the Internet. Collected data is only used for statistical purposes in an anonymized way. Google or Hotjar will not use your shortened IP address together with other data. Consent to web tracking and analysis can be withdrawn at any time. Your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing or other purposes.
