The innovative controller for chemical reaction system
Glass reaction systems are used in a wide variety of industrial fields to control chemical processes to transform the raw materials into the desired final products. Reactors may have a complex structure to face different operating conditions in terms of the nature of the chemicals involved (reagents and reaction products) and physical operating conditions.
The CONTROLLER Advance is designed to manage and monitor the shaft rotation speed of brushless motors in pilot-plant reactor systems of up to 100 L. The CONTROLLER Advance supports reactions for:
Stirring: precisely set the desired speed (rpm) and the stirring direction
Torque: precisely monitor the changes in the viscosity of the reaction mixture
Temperature: temperature measurement of the reaction through PT100 connection

To all laboratories that can’t benefit from cloud services, VELP offers a valid alternative with USB connectivity. The USB interface allows the controller to be connected to a PC via the OHS/CONTROLLERSoftTM software for constant data logging, monitoring and switching the controller on and off.
